Rolling Submissions
Worldbuilding Magazine has a policy of rolling submissions. Writers and artists may submit their work to the magazine year-round, and we will reach out to prospective contributors at the beginning of a production cycle to inform them of whether their submission was accepted or not. Occasionally, Worldbuilding Magazine asks that writers resubmit after making some changes to their piece, in which cases we will return a copy with notes and suggestions which the writer may choose to incorporate.
Deadlines
When we publish an issue, the administration of the magazine comes together to review the previous production cycle and determine how much time our staff needs to create the following issue of Worldbuildig Magazine. At this point, deadlines are posted on our Discord and website. Submissions made prior to the deadline will be considered for the given production cycle and submissions made after the deadline will be considered for the following issue of the magazine.
